The EOT facility at 80 Strand is a premium, “hotel-quality” space designed to prioritise employee wellbeing and encourage sustainable commuting.
Outcome
The EOT facility integrates with a Virgin Active gym that offers a pool, spa, and spin studios. The wider refurbishment also included a glazed entrance pavilion, courtyard garden, exposed office steelwork and flexible workspace layouts.
