The facility was well-designed with strong outcomes in access, security, and the quality of bike and change amenities, supported by a cohesive visual identity. Points were lost due to the absence of wellness features, vending options, and micro-mobility allowances such as scooter parking.
High-quality products were used throughout, supporting a reliable and premium experience. However, the non–self-plumbed steamer limited functionality — a higher-spec unit would have improved ease of use and reduced maintenance needs.
