New Build - wanted to compete with the best, as this building was in the design phase when 101 Collins EOT has opened, so wanted to compete and be one of the best.
Outcome
Generous aisles with island bench seating, high ceilings and an expansive EoT lobby. Active users have been at the forefront when it comes to the design and path of travel through the building.

Marked down in space section on wellness - no cold plunge, sauna, treatment rooms, high amount of 2 tier racks and little to no true horizontal, not catering for micro mobility (scooters, folding bikes).
Bespoke locker design - so marked down on hanging width and depth. No specific accessible locker provided, no steamer, folding ironing board provided so lost some points for those. Horizontal rack is hoop not wishbone.
