A space full of extra’s

What we did

The end-of-trip facility at The Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, is a space full of extra’s. The bike parking is surrounded by timber fence with an auto door to access the bike store, providing both visual appeal and security. Water coolers in the change rooms make sure tenants can rehydrate after a workout or long bike trip. The charging lockers make sure users can recharge their bike lights, bike computers, personal phones and much more.

“In the design of Bureau we were very keen to ensure that our bike and change room facilities were market leading, so much so that we commissioned our own market research to understand the latest market trends and tenant requirements. We were referred to the Five At Heart team later in the design stages and from the initial meeting it was evident that bringing them on-board to the project team would add real value. Our facility has gone from good to great as a result of the Five At Heart teams thinking and product delivery, now including amenities such as water coolers, iron stations and USB charging ports for the bike lights, which have proven to be real talking points for prospective tenants.’”
