85 Broad Street, New York.

A first for the Financial District

What we did

At 85 Broad Street, we turned a prime street-level building frontage into a highly visible and marketable bike room. It was a New York Financial District first. We designed revolutionary two-tier parking that’s easy on the rider (and more than easy on the eye) to maximise capacity in the space. Our repair station and vending machine for emergency items were the icing on the cake.
