500 Collins St, Melbourne.

From brewery to revolutionary office space

About the project

The site known as 500 Collins St has an interesting history. Originally developed as a brewery in 1851, the property got demolished in the late 1960s after which the current building was constructed. Fast forward and this address is now one of Melbourne’s most prestigious office buildings.

McCormack Property Services oversaw the complete refurbishment of 500 Collins St’ end-of-trip facilities, designed by Gray Puksand, featuring a spacious bike room and comfortable change rooms. Filled with our Tracks in low ceiling areas, our Cradle and our Wishbone, the bike room offers great parking variety. The clever combination of our Pandora locker, Maximus locker and island bench seats ensure users can enjoy plenty of locker space and seating.
