About the project
Walking into 16M on the corner of 16th Street Mall and Market Street in downtown Denver, feels like entering a mountain cottage. The rustic interior offers a warm welcome to both its office/retail spaces and residences, with the bike room – featuring both our Arc and Cradle – being the cherry on the pie (or should we say: the snow on the front porch).
